Not quite, and that is deliberate. HotHawk is the cold email software an AI SDR runs on. You point Claude or ChatGPT at it and direct the work, while HotHawk handles the sending, deliverability and reply management. You get a lot of what people want from an AI SDR, without handing over the keys.
What is the difference between an AI SDR and an AI sequencer?
An AI SDR is sold as a hands-off agent that runs outbound for you. HotHawk keeps you in control: the AI builds and edits campaigns and works through replies, but you approve what sends and can step in at any point. It is your infrastructure, run by AI, not a black box.
Does HotHawk work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. HotHawk has a native MCP server you add to Claude in a couple of minutes, so you can build campaigns, add leads and work through replies from the chat. If you would rather build it into your own agent, it is all in the REST API too.
Do I need to write any code?
No. The MCP server is added as a connector in Claude, no code needed. The REST API is there for teams who want to wire HotHawk into a custom agent or their own stack.
